By using our website, booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.


1. Business Information

Solhaus Spray Lounge is a luxury sunless airbrush spray tanning studio located in Union, New Jersey. We specialize in custom spray tans, radiant skin finishes, and sunless glow services tailored to each client’s skin tone, undertone, and desired result.

2. Services

Solhaus Spray Lounge provides professional sunless tanning and related beauty services. Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  1. Custom airbrush spray tans
  2. Rapid spray tans
  3. Classic spray tans
  4. Glow finishing services
  5. Memberships or packages, if offered
  6. Retail or aftercare products, if available

All services are subject to availability and may change at any time without notice.


3. Booking & Appointments

Appointments may be booked through our website, booking platform, by phone, through social media, or by direct communication with Solhaus Spray Lounge.


Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information when booking. This may include your name, phone number, email address, appointment preferences, and any information needed to safely and properly perform your service.


We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an appointment if false information is provided, if policies are repeatedly violated, or if we determine that we cannot safely or appropriately perform the service.


4. Appointment Preparation

For best results, clients are responsible for following all preparation instructions provided before their appointment. This may include recommendations regarding exfoliation, shaving, waxing, lotions, oils, deodorant, makeup, clothing, and post-tan care.


Solhaus Spray Lounge is not responsible for uneven results, fading, transfer, discoloration, or shortened tan longevity caused by improper preparation, aftercare, skin conditions, product use, sweating, swimming, or failure to follow instructions.


5. Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on availability.


Late arrivals may be subject to cancellation fees, loss of deposit, or full service charges depending on the booking policy in effect at the time of your appointment.


6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Because appointments are reserved specifically for each client, we ask that clients provide reasonable notice when canceling or rescheduling.


Solhaus Spray Lounge may require a deposit, card on file, cancellation fee, or no-show fee. Specific cancellation windows and fees may be listed on our booking page or communicated at the time of booking.


Failure to cancel within the required timeframe, repeated rescheduling, or failure to attend an appointment may result in fees or restrictions on future bookings.


7. Deposits, Payments & Pricing

Prices are subject to change at any time. The price listed at the time of booking or purchase will generally apply unless there is an error, service change, upgrade, add-on, or special circumstance.


Payment may be required before, during, or after service. Accepted payment methods may include credit card, debit card, cash, gift card, or other approved payment methods.


Deposits, booking fees, memberships, packages, and prepaid services may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.


8. Refund Policy

Due to the custom and time-sensitive nature of beauty services, all completed services are generally non-refundable.


If you have a concern about your spray tan, please contact Solhaus Spray Lounge as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of your appointment. We may request photos and details about your preparation, rinse time, aftercare, and products used.


At our discretion, we may offer a correction, touch-up, credit, or other resolution. Refunds are not guaranteed.


9. Results Disclaimer

Spray tan results vary from person to person. Final results may depend on skin type, skin condition, preparation, rinse time, aftercare, hormones, medications, sweating, swimming, skincare products, and lifestyle factors.


Solhaus Spray Lounge does not guarantee a specific shade, depth, duration, or outcome. We will use our professional judgment to customize your service based on your consultation and desired result.


Sunless tanning products do not protect against UV exposure unless specifically stated on the product. Clients should continue to use appropriate sun protection when exposed to the sun.


10. Client Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, recent procedures, pregnancy, respiratory concerns, or other relevant health information before receiving a service.


Solhaus Spray Lounge may decline or modify a service if we believe it is not suitable or safe for the client at that time.


Our services are cosmetic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Please consult a physician for medical advice.


11. Minors

Clients under the age of 18 may require parent or guardian consent before receiving services. Solhaus Spray Lounge reserves the right to require a parent or guardian to be present during the appointment.


12. Memberships, Packages & Promotions

Memberships, packages, prepaid services, gift cards, discounts, and promotions may be subject to separate terms, expiration dates, usage restrictions, and cancellation policies.


Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Solhaus Spray Lounge reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.


13. Gift Cards

Gift cards, if offered, are redeemable for eligible services or products at Solhaus Spray Lounge. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash unless required by law. Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards may not be replaced.


14. Website Use

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not use our website to:
